Omelettes

ingredients



6 eggs
1 cup milk with no more than 0.7% fat
2 tsp. red curry paste
1 1/2 tbsp. potato
400g wok vegetables
1 tsp. salt
pepper
300g beef kebab
1 tsp. liquid margarine
2 Spring onions

method

Beat eggs, milk, curry paste and cornflour together.
Add pepper and salt.
Grease an ovenproof dish with fat.
Pour the egg mixture into the dish.
Spread the vegetables and beef kebab over the egg mixture.
Behind æggekafen on the middle oven shelf at 200 degrees for approx. 40 minutes.
Cut the spring onions into thin rings and favor them over the omelette.

serving
Server court immediately with bread and vegetables.
Can be served way cold and warm.

Grilled salmon & asparagus

 


 


Lovely to look at and as fresh as summer though, Grilled salmon & asparagus served hot or cold. Serve with a baguette.

 

ingredients

Number of servings 4; Serving Size: 1/4 recipe

ingredients
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
2 lemons (juice)
1/2 kg salmon fillet, skinless, cut into 4 portions
2 teaspoons salt-free lemon pepper seasoning
1 kg thin asparagus, ends off and placed in a bowl of water.


Preparation

To prepare garlic bath, place the olive oil in a small saute pan.
Add the garlic and heat until garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add basil and turn the heat off. Whisked together with lemon juice and set aside.

Sprinkle salmon with lemon-pepper seasoning. (Set aside)

Preheat pan / (grill pan) in a few minutes.
Drain the asparagus in the water and fry in a pan / (grill pan)
Roast asparagus for 3 minutes, shaking occasionally.
Brush axis with lemon garlic mixture.
Place the salmon in the pan.
Fry the first side until a nice crust.
Turn over and cook the other side.

Place the asparagus on a serving plate.
Place the axis on top of the asparagus with salmon.
"Drizzle" with lemon garlic marinade.
Additional lemon garlic marinade can be stored for later use.
